The handsome new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.  

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, sizable shower and tub. The guest room has two double beds, TV, access to the huge screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub.
