This great first floor villa has been completely modernized with plank tile floor, all new furnishings and decor and brand new kitchen and baths! The living room features a couch, over sized reading chair and a huge flat screen tv. The living room leads to an over sized screened in porch, the ideal place to put up your feet after a long day on the beach! The dining room seats six and flows gorgeously to the kitchen. The handsome new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, huge shower and tub. The guest room has two queen beds, TV, access to the sizable screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub.
