HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Wendover Dunes is a handsome oceanside villa complex that is just a short walk to the beach. Located next to the Barrington Enclave in Palmetto Dunes, these villas are elegantly decorated and equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a first-class hideaway. Each villa features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, huge living and dining area, and master suite with spa tub. The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, childrens’ pool, grille area, and bicycle paths that lead directly to the beach.
This great first floor villa has been completely refreshed with plank tile floor, all new furnishings and decor and brand new kitchen and baths! The living room features a couch, over sized reading chair and a huge flat screen tv. The living room leads to an over sized screened in porch, the ideal place to put up your feet after a long day on the beach! The dining room seats six and flows gorgeously to the kitchen. The charming new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, sizable shower and tub. The guest room has two double beds, TV, access to the enormous screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub.

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach. Legendary Golf and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Water tubing and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and ecotours nearby.
