The chef’s kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, bespoke cabinetry, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, drink center with mini refrigerator, stand mixer, blender, German chef-quality knives, and a crock pot; providing everything needed to prepare and entertain with ease. Mornings can be adored in the sunny breakfast nook, while the dining table comfortably seats six for shared meals.

The cavernous living room offers ample seating, a queen-size couch sleeper, and a 65” OLED intelligent TV. Sliding doors lead to a private, furnished patio that overlooks the lush golf course, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

The primary suite features a king bed, HDTV, and a delightfully updated en-suite bathroom with a bespoke-tiled tub and shower. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, its own updated en-suite bathroom, and a TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Outside, guests can savor two private outdoor spaces: a front patio with comfortable rocking chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and a dedicated grille area with a brand-new gas grille, bistro seating, and all the tools needed for a ideal cookout.

Getting around is painless with multiple options: the beach is just a 5-min. bicycle ride away, a fast drive with designated parking, or accessible via the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a complimentary on-demand shuttle that also services Shelter Cove for shopping, groceries, eateries, and entertainment.

This villa includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping five guests with an additional queen couch sleeper. Community amenities such as the pool and tennis courts are supplied, and there are two patios with outdoor seating and a grille.
