"Beach Haven" in South Forest Beach near the back gate of Sea Pines, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Sea Gate townhome is the ideal place to stay for your next beach hideaway. A 5 min. walk down the beach path takes you to a peaceful stretch of Hilton Head’s 12 miles of pristine beach. Sea Gate is a complex of 15 villas, close to all amenities and adjoining the island’s famed network of bicycle paths. Located among the pines, the complex has its own pool, a court marked for both tennis and pickle ball and a basketball net. Coligny Plaza, with its eateries, bars, stores and a movie theater is just a short bicycle ride away.

8 Sea Gate has a deck with outdoor dining furnishings, chairs and gas BBQ, overlooking the garden and pool. There are 2 assigned parking spaces. The unit has been decorated in a quality, coastal style. The living room is furnished with a couch, appreciate seat and armchair, 50” flat screen TV and well supplied bookshelves. The dining table seats 6. The remodelled kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and has a sunny eating area with table. There is a washer/dryer and washroom on the entry level.

On the 2nd level the owners suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom suite has a queen and a single bed and the loft area has a desk, chair and adore seat couch bed which pulls out to provide an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are equipped with 39” flat panel TV’s.
