About this PropertyThis unit is a great place in a great location, with LOTS to offer! We are a 5-min. walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and the new Celebration Park now open! Whether you are a golfer, tennis player, or sun and sand enthusiast, this unit is attractively located. Adore to shop and eat? We got that too! Your unit also comes with 4 beach chairs, beach bicycles, an umbrella, a beach cart, and a modest cooler for your treks to the beach.
The kitchen comes thoroughly supplied with all the appliances (coffee pot, blender, crockpot, toaster), dishes, silverware, baking dishes, and all the pots and pans that you need to have a few meals in and keep a few of the dollar bills in your wallet at the same time.
Our second-floor unit has a balcony view of the complex pool (open Apr 1-Oct 31) making it smooth to keep an eye on the kiddo's. There is also a charcoal grille available by the pool for your use.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs: a master with a king bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. A pull-out couch in the living room adds room for two more - sleeping up to 6 people. The villa is supplied with WiFi, a flat-screen TV in each bedroom and a 55" flat screen in the living room. If the weather turns out to be not so "beachy", you'll also find a supply of movies, cards, and board games to keep everybody entertained.
