Shorewood 420 is a ground-level condo in the South Forest Beach holiday resort, including a shared oceanfront pool and vistas of the landscape and beach. Different plants and trees greet you at the back patio that is supplied with seating.

Centrally located in Forest Beach on the Atlantic Coast, this complex gives residents access to close by establishments such as Coligny Plaza, which offers shopping, dining, and entertainment. Within the complex, you’ll find a seasonally heated outdoor pool with adjoining kiddie pool, spa, hot tub, and poolside seating for sunbathing and peaceful. You’re just a brief walk to the beach, courtesy of a private path! Two-car parking is available, and private security is supplied on the grounds as well.

The condo is intended to make your holiday one to remember with its homey accommodations, such as the kitchen, complete with standard appliances, and adjacent dining area. The living room has a 42-inch flatscreen TV with DVD player and sleeper couch. Appreciate complimentary WiFi and cable in the master bedroom with TV and private bath, or take a hot shower in the guest bedroom with shower/tub combo.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
