922 Cutter Court is a entirely updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located in Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation. Coastal décor with modern upgrades are featured throughout the villa. As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with bright, natural light, ceramic tile floor, and an open concept floor plan. The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bespoke cabinetry. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six guests. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar and at the pub table off the living area. Just off the dining area, you’ll find a modest private balcony overlooking the Harbor Town Golf Course and a brand new clubhouse. The living area features comfortable seating for the whole family, including a sleeper couch, recliner, and two swivel chairs. A huge 55” mounted flatscreen TV and a Blu-ray player are included for added enjoyment.

The three bedrooms are located off the living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, a 37” mounted flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. The private master bathroom features a dual vanity with a granite countertop and a sizable stone and tiled walk-in shower. The guest king bedroom features a mounted flatscreen TV and a private bathroom with a enormous walk-in shower and a vanity. The remaining guest bedroom features two full-size beds, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. The guest bathroom is located just across the hall and features a pretty, granite tub/shower combination. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the hall on the same floor.

Cutter Court is conveniently located just a two-min. walk from eateries and stores in Harbor Town Village. Check out places like Links, an American Grille, Harbourside, The Crazy Crab - Harbour Town, and CQ's Restaurant whenever you want to sample some terrific local fare.
