This unit has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/nighttime. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating.  It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on.  If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature.  If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.  

Walk to dining and shopping at Harbour Town or the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament from Mizzenmast Court 8. This is a very cavernous, one-of-a-kind, Sea Pines home boasting a plunge pool and spa, updated niceties, and chic touches throughout. The polished, full kitchen includes bespoke tile work, a wine cooler, a stove with a constructed-in iron skillet, and an attached table and chairs. And meals can be relished together in the formal dining room with seating for eight. Unwind and relax in the enormous living area, or step through the glass doors out to the pool and grilling area.

What’s close by:
Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links - where they play the famed RBC Heritage golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic, candy-striped lighthouse. Resort activities include trail rides with Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach , dining, shopping, kayak units, and miles of paths for walking and cycling.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
