Sandy Beach Trail 3 is a 7 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home located in the Burkes Beach area of Hilton Head Island near Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. This private home offers the happiness, comfort and proximity to the beach that you are looking for in a family holiday home. It's been newly colored and newly upgraded with new living room furnishings, new linens, and new patio furnishings. It's been also supplied with beach equipment for your use, including bicycles, beach chairs, toys, and a kid's wagon.

Linens and Bathroom Configurations
First Level:
Queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bath with glass-enclosed shower.
King bed, a TV, and a private bath with spa tub.
Second Level:
The first of the four upstairs bedrooms has 2 twin beds and a private bath with tub
Queen-size bed, a TV, a door to the full-length 2nd floor porch, and a bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Set of bunkbeds - twin bed on top, double bed on the bottom for a total sleeping capacity of 3, a TV, and a door to the porch.
Queen-size bed and a private bath with tub/shower combo and a walk-in closet.
The fourth and final upstairs bedroom is the handsome master suite, which includes a king-size bed, a TV armoire, a door to the porch, a walk-in closet, and a huge private bath with a spa tub, a enormous walk-in shower, double vanities, and a private water closet.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the most attractive holiday possible! This unit has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. Please note there is a 5-day minimum to heat the pool.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Parking Notes: Driveway parking as well as garage parking.
Left and right side driveway can each accommodate 2 SUVs or even 3 smaller cars. There is an additional 2 car garage for parking .

5 day notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD152 per day must be paid prior to check-in.


Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
