New everything... stainless steel steel appliances, generous wall mounted flat screen tv's, bathroom tile and shower, carpet, lights/lamps/closet doors etc. Watch the deer dolphins and pelicans from the happiness of your living room or new bar height bistro on your wind protected balcony. Enormous groups or families can combine the villa with next door 306 for a close by yet separate experience. With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, visitors staying in Shorewood 305 appreciate expansive vistas of the Atlantic Sea and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, visitors return from the sea via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the niceties offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a whimsical downtown area that offers visitors a wide selection of eateries, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
