Village House 304 is a handsome and freshly modernized, decorator-furbished condo that is ready to be your home base for your next Hilton Head escapade. Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this condo is well-maintained and finished with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and gorgeously furbished getaway creates a comfortable and inviting environment for either a holiday or a long-term rental. Great location only a few brief walk to the beach, shared pool, golf, tennis, and pickleball.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the third level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a wind. You are greeted by the updated tile floor and bliss carpet throughout, decorator furnishings, updated décor, updates to kitchen and baths, and flatscreen TVs in every room!

The living room has calming furnishings, including a sleeper couch, a huge flatscreen TV, and balcony access for appreciating the serene sounds of the village. The completely-supplied and upgraded kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. Custom cabinets, granite counters, and newer stainless appliances are just a few of the upgrades this gem of a condo has to offer. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and four chairs and an adjacent breakfast bar with three stools for additional seating. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
