October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and exercise center will remain open.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 cars.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and George Fazio Golf Course. When to visit & When to book:

Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect your property!
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
