Sandy Beach Trail 8, a cavernous and refreshed seven-bedroom home, is your very economical mansion by the beach! It is located on a street that is the second row from the ocean in the Singleton/Burkes Beach area between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal.

On the first floor, which is one set of stairs up, the home features an broad, modren kitchen with granite countertops and premier appliances. A additional den on the second floor has balcony access and a wet bar. The giant basement rec room features a TV, ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball table. The kitchen opens to a enormous, designer-decorated living area with ample seating for multiple families and a sizable TV. French doors and huge windows make the area elegantly light and bright. Step out on one of the multiple covered decks on the front overlooking the pool or in the back with a table and chairs. Host a cookout using the three-burner gas grille and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table. Guests of the first-floor main bedroom will have a private deck for calming.

POOL HEAT: Pool can be heated for an additional $750/week to a max. of 88 degrees. If you are booking on a third event site such as Vacation Rental By Owner or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card.Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Drivers License and Credit Card will be required.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Adventure Cove and Port Royal Golf Club. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting.
