Yard Arm 3 is a big home located on a splendid lot in Palmetto Dunes. There's a pretty, huge live oak tree that frames the porch and the entrance, offering a photogenic Lowcountry look. From the porch, you can watch the golfers on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.

The sizable living room with a wet bar and vaulted ceiling has a 50-inch plasma TV and a view to the lagoon over the pool (which can be heated for an additional price). There's a formal dining area and a well-supplied, eat-in kitchen complete with granite countertops. Off the kitchen are a powder room and laundry room.

Downstairs is a private main suite with a king-size bed and a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. Take the huge staircase to the second floor. To the left is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional room off this bedroom with two twin beds. They have a shared full bath. The next bedroom has two twin beds and opens to a kitchenette and an additional, enormous main suite with a king-size bed and a full bath. The loft includes a queen-size sleeper couch. All of the bedrooms and the loft have flatscreen HDTVs.

This home is ideal for a sizable family or multiple families, offering complimentary high-speed WiFi and a game room with a flatscreen TV, an eight-foot pool table, and a Joola outdoor Ping-Pong table. It's a 13-min. walk to the beach, which you can also reach in a few mins.' bicycle ride or on the complimentary, on-demand Beach Buggy.

Palmetto Dunes is an just right area for a magnificent, family holiday. Ride the miles of bicycle paths, visit the local store for morning coffee and the newspaper, play tennis and golf, kayak or canoe the miles of lagoons, savor the close by eateries, and take the complimentary Beach Buggy to stores, eateries, and entertainment at Shelter Cove!
