This unit has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/nighttime. You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to buy pool heat. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

Atlantic Dream is a second-row, multilevel home located in Folly Field. The big floor plan and two levels of covered porches are sure to please. The porches can be accessed from the master bedroom, dining room, and family room. The main floor of the home has the family room, which is also open to the dining room and kitchen. You’ll also find a powder room and laundry room. The master bedroom is also on this level, with an attached bathroom with an upsized, zero entry walk-in shower with grab bars in the shower and water closet. There is also a outdoor space off of the bedroom that leads to impeccable sea vistas. The second level of the home contains the remaining four bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms. All bedrooms and the living area have intelligent TVs and Blu-ray DVD players. This home also has an elevator available for guest use. Free WiFi is supplied throughout. The outdoor area has a huge pool with gas heat available, as well as a constructed-in gas grille, and sizable counter space. The home uniquely includes a yard on the home from the pool, and both the pool and the yard are fenced-in. The open garage area has a Ping-Pong table and a corn hole set.

Parking Notes: Parking is limited to the garage and driveways. No street or landscape parking.

2 day notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD95 per day must be paid prior to check-in.


Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
