Located in the Queens Grant neighborhood of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, it's smooth to get to the beach for sun-kissed days playing in the sand and surf. Meander along Striking bicycle trails or discover 11 miles of lagoons via kayak. Appreciate access to a host of on-site dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the well-appointed and open living area, including vaulted ceilings as well as a queen-size sleeper couch and two armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the 52' TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, supplied with granite countertops, a double-basin sink, and a full suite of helpful appliances.

Parking notes: Gate/car passes are mandatory to gain access to Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Prior to arrival, Vacasa will e-mail two bar-coded gate/car passes valid through the length of your stay. 2 pass max. per reservation. Gate/Car Pass Pickup:
The pass office is located in Palmetto Dunes at 4 Queens Folly Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, 29928 -- in the same parking lot as the Welcome Center.
When you enter the plantation, take your first right into the Welcome Center Parking lot and continue straight back to the left. (Follow signs for Pass Pickup.) Pull directly up to the window and show the barcode pass you received via e-mail from Vacasa. You will be included with a paper pass that must be displayed on your car dashboard at all times.


Damage waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
