After handsome days spent swimming, sunbathing, or boating, you can take a seat on your private balcony, sip a cold drink in the shade, and watch your kids play in the pool just below.

This condo is sunny and well-appointed, with a polished living room that offers a flatscreen TV and sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. Just around the corner from the living room is the full kitchen, where you can prepare homemade meals using white appliances and double sinks before stepping out onto the balcony to call your kids up from the pool. Sit down to eat at the dining room table, or bring your plates outside bask in the fragrant ocean breeze on the balcony.
