The Alexander Beach House is a third-row, two-story home located in the charming North Forest Beach area. This pretty, coastal home features delightful landscaping, a private deck, and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen!

As you walk through the front door, you'll see a staircase leading to the main level. The bottom level homes a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room for your swimsuits, and a living area with full size bunk beds for additional sleeping. The living area also has access to the ground level patio for sunny summer days.

Upstairs, you'll find the main living space, which is open to a sitting area and dining room. The living room features a huge flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, comfortable seating, and access to the top deck, where you can grille with friends and appreciated ones after a day at the beach. The freshly refreshed kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, new appliances, and granite countertops.

  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
