Located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, this freshly updated, original North Forest Beach home is ready to be your next home away from home! Some recent upgrades include a freshly painted interior, beach towels, upgraded WiFi throughout the home and pool area, and added six super comfortable pool lounge chairs. Take the on-site path to an nearly-private beach with no public parking for over a mile - it's less than 200 yards away and is the ideal place to work on your tan or savor a invigorating swim. There are two wagons, 10 beach chairs, a huge cooler, one beach umbrella, sand shovels, and buckets to make your experience even better. The miles of white sandy beaches are ideal for walking, cycling, running, and fishing.

Your private enclosed backyard is ideal for the kids! Let them run and play hide-and-seek or appreciate the swing and slide in the safe play area while the group takes a dip in the exhilarating heated pool. The pool is 16 feet by 35 feet and surrounded by lush vegetation, which makes for a peaceful setting to enjoy your family gatherings. The outdoor shower accepts you to rinse off the sand after a fun day at the beach! Savor palmettos and ancient live oaks in a garden of gardenias, hibiscus, citrus trees, and camellias.

Inside, wood floors throughout ensure cleanliness and an inviting ambiance. The impressive, well-equipped kitchen features two fridges, two constructed-in ovens, two dishwashers, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), a handsome island with a stovetop and seating for three, and all the cookware needed to prepare delicious meals for the group! For those who prefer to be outside and enjoy warm-weather barbecues, feel complimentary to prepare your meals on the outdoor grille. There are two indoor dining tables, one seating eight and a separate one seating four. The board game/reading room is separated from the main gathering area, where the wood-burning fireplace is beneath a coffered ceiling. This family-friendly home offers two main suites, three bedrooms for the kids and other guests, and three and a half bathrooms.

This home does not have an ice maker.
The pool's deep end is only five feet deep, so please be aware and do not dive in the pool.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
