Come appreciate this huge six bedroom home just steps away from a beach access path!
The Kitchen comes completely equipped to meet your family's cooking needs while boasting stainless steel appliances and bespoke cabinetry. It was completely reimagined and refreshed in the spring of 2022. The island has seating for four. The Kitchen opens to the Formal Dining Area with a sizable table comfortably seating ten. Adjacent to the Dining Area is the Living Area with a new L-Shaped Couch, two accent chairs and mounted Flat Screen TV.
The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, slider access to your private pool and a flat screen TV in addition to its own freshly remodeled en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bath contains a double vanity, huge sunken garden tub and separate walk-in shower.
The First Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite Guest Bathroom. This Guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The Second Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV and its own en-suite Guest Bathroom as well. This second Guest Bath also has a tub and shower combination. The Third Guest Bedroom has a Queen as well along with a Flat Screen TV and en-suite Guest Bathroom. This third Guest Bath has a walk-in shower. The fourth, and last, Guest Bedroom has yet another Queen with Flat Screen TV. Upstairs is fifth guest bedroom with a daybed with a trundle.
There is a full bathroom along with yet another Flat Screen TV! Outside you'll fall in appreciate with your enormous private pool, new hot tub, dining and calming areas! The spa can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee. The Beach is comfortably accessed by a close by beach path that takes you over one portion of our Palmetto Dunes lagoon system!

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Arthur Hills Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Adventure Cove and The Sandbox. Coastal Discovery Museum and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting.
