If you want to venture out a bit further, Harbour Town is just three miles from home base where you can check out the famed candy-striped lighthouse, Harbour Town Golf Links, or the many eateries near the bay. Even more fun can be had at Coligny Beach Park just three miles up the coast offering beach activities, eateries, and more!

This condo is located in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, and is next to a golf course and near the beach. When to visit & When to reserve a Hilton Head rental home:

  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
