Windsor Court South 3507 is a striking, newly updated oceanfront condo. Appreciate countless coastline vistas from this front-positioned condo on the fifth-floor face of the Windsor Court South building Palmetto Dunes. Take in beautiful expansive vistas from the screened-in porch or one of the many balconies that can be found off the living room, dining room, main bedroom, and the second guest bedroom!

Enter the condo through the keyless entry system and walk into the entryway with delightful travertine stone floors. The living room is radiant and big with alluring sea vistas from the huge windows. New furnishings include a leather sectional couch and wall-mounted flat panel intelligent TV. The living space is open to the formal dining room, which seats six and also includes pretty sea vistas from huge windows. The screened porch is located off the dining room and offers covered balcony seating for four. The kitchen is completely supplied and includes handsome granite counters, bespoke cabinets, and brand-new stainless appliances. There is an adjacent breakfast area off the kitchen that seats six and has balcony access.

The main bedroom includes a king bed with a redone private bath including a zero-entry, wheelchair-accessible glass-enclosed walk-in shower, oceanfront balcony, and wall-mounted 50” flat panel intelligent TV. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, access to a newly modernized bathroom including a walk-in shower that shares access with the hallway, marvelous sea vistas from the enormous windows, and a wall-mounted flat panel intelligent TV. The third guest bedroom includes two twins, access to the sizable oceanfront balcony shared with the living room, a wall-mounted flat panel intelligent TV, and a freshly remodeled private bathroom including a tub/shower combo. Additional perks are complimentary WiFi, cable TV, keyless entry, and a brand new washer and dryer.

The highly-desired Windsor Court complex offers something for everybody. A heated pool, spa, zero-entry kiddie pool, community grille area with gas grilles, community firepit, community playground, and shared sun outdoor space. The beach access path is effortlessly located just steps past the pool. Palmetto Dunes is an just right area for a phenomenal, family holiday. Ride the miles of bicycle paths. The pool is heated March 15-April 30 and October 15-November 30. It is cooled from July 15 - August 15th. This unit includes two hours of complimentary tennis with the rental. Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance with no time restrictions. Tennis racquets and pickleball racquets (includes pickle balls) through the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Parking notes: Parking is located under the building at ground level. Parking is not assigned, but your Palmetto Dunes Car pass will need to be visibly displayed on your car's dash board. 2 car max..

Damage waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
