This unit has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/nighttime. You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to buy pool heat. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

Located close to Harbour Town, this comfortable, family-friendly holiday home includes updated niceties, a private, heated pool, and an impressive backyard getaway. Inside, there are multiple gathering areas furbished with bountiful seating options, a updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that seats up to ten visitors. Outside, lose yourself in the ample, landscaped yard with multiple seating and dining areas plus your very own private pool.

Take the children up to Harbour Town where they can have a day of experience with the Pirates of Hilton Head. Explore the Harbour Town Lighthouse Museum, an informative, educational, and fun experience for all ages. Less than four miles away, relax on the sand or play in the surf at South Beach. 3 day notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD55 per day must be paid prior to check-in.


Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
