23 Beach Villas is one of only 30 Villas in a complex located on 6 acres of oceanfront property. Expansive 2 acre oceanfront courtyard and pool for guests only. Villa is directly on pool with access from first floor of villa. 23 Beach Villas is 1850 sq ft of oceanview, poolside, on the courtyard hideaway. This very huge Villa feels more like a home than a villa. In addition to 3 bedrooms (two master bedrooms with king size beds)and 3 bathrooms and a enormous kitchen and dining area, you have 2 separate living areas (1 downstairs den outside bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds and another family den off of the kitchen and dining area). Both living areas as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have amazing vistas.
