This beautiful 3rd floor oceanfront villa offers a SPECTACULAR VIEW from the balcony that is conveniently located right outside the combined living room and dining area. You will also appreciate two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full size kitchen. With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size couch sleeper in the living room, you can relax while listening to the calming sounds of the ocean.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.

Ocean Dunes, an oceanfront property located roughly 70 yards from the ocean, is located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza.

**Weekly units only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 nighttime minimum in the off season months**

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
