The Fazio pool is only a few steps from the back outdoor space of this 4 bedroom and 3 bath, end unit townhouse.Just off the two-story entryway is a brief hallway, giving access to a full bath, and leading to a bedroom with a queen bed, double closets, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a cathedral ceiling. The entry also leads to the completely supplied, galley-style kitchen that has all new countertops and appliances, a breakfast area with a table for 4, and a pass-through window to the dining room.
The formal dining area includes a table for 8, a generous buffet, a wet bar, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the covered outdoor space. The outdoor space has an additional table for outdoor dining, as well as a landscape and pool view.
The cavernous living room has a peaceful seating group, a 51"TV/DVD, and enormous windows with vistas of the pool.
