The dazzling and cheery dining area offers a glass table top and 4 super inviting wicker back chairs. Feel complimentary to open the blinds covering the enormous double windows and accept the sunshine to soother away your every concern. The newly modernized kitchen (2018) includes chic countertops, full-size appliances, and bespoke cabinetry. The kitchen is a great place to create scrumptious holiday meals, speedy and painless picnic lunches to take to the beach or even some chocolate chip cookies to leave on the breakfast bar, which lines the kitchen and host sleek bar stools.
A snug couch along with an armchair and matching ottoman sits in the glamourous living room. The Sea Wind complex is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, complimentary on-site tennis and is only a brief walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer bathrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-min. walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.
A non-returnable fee of $200.00 per pet plus tax is mandatory if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
