Capt. Herb developed his passion for fishing as a child, and his main motivation for running his own charter is driven by his love for the sport. He specializes in offering trips that are suitable for a wide variety of anglers, especially families and children. He loves seeing little ones hook their very first fish, and fall in love with angling just like he did! He’s also happy to show budding anglers of any age the ropes, and will have you reeling ‘em in like a pro in no time.

You’ll be casting off from Capt. Herb’s 22’ SeaPro center console, built to cruise a variety of fishing grounds. She can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, and you’ll usually have 4–5 lines in the water at the same time. On board, you’ll find top-quality navigational and safety gear, including life jackets in a variety of sizes. There’s a cooler for your catch, and additional storage for any snacks and drinks you’d like to bring – fishing is hungry work, after all!

Capt. Herb specializes in targeting that world-famous fish, the Shark – and you’ll find Blacktip, Bonnethead, and Bull varieties all on offer here. Although you’ll mainly be focusing on these notorious sea creatures, you’ll also have plenty of opportunity to hook tasty table fare such as Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, and more. Capt. Herb prefers that you release Shark species, but you can keep the rest, and he’ll clean and bag them for you.
