This Sea Pines vacation rental is located on the 18th hole of the Harbour Town Links Golf Course, home of the famed RBC Heritage tournament, with convenient access to waterfront shopping and dining. Additional resort activities include trail rides through Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach, dining, shopping, kayak units, and miles of bicycle paths.

Things to Know
From mid-March - April 25, 2024, there will be a Heritage Golf Tournament set up. Set-up noise may be heard, and tents will be on the golf course.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it.
