This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse villa offers both a golf and nature view.

The living room beckons with a sizable couch, 2 upsized chairs one which folds out into a twin couch sleeper, 42" Flatscreen TV/VCR/DVD/CD Player, and flows into an ample dining area with wet bar.The patio is just off the living room has a view of the lagoon and golf course with a bar height teak table and chairs.

A freshly applianced kitchen, with generous counter space, is enhanced by the sunny breakfast area. The half bath is conveniently located on this level, as well.

On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bath, and garden tub, as well as a guest room with 2 twin beds, over sized chair that folds out into a twin couch sleeper and private bath.

A non-returnable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
