204 Beachwalk is a delightfully refreshed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Shipyard Plantation. The sizable floor plan and close proximity to the beach and pool make this condo a dream holiday spot! The open concept living space provides plenty of room for entertaining. Wood floor spans the living areas and kitchen. The living room includes a sleeper couch, flat screen TV and access to the private patio overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances and in well-supplied for all preparing needs.
The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV and vistas of the natural landscaping. The private bathroom includes a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom, which is accessed through the hall, includes a tub/shower combination.
