  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation.
