About this PropertyThe Spa savors a semi-private beach on the north end of the island. The number of people on the beach during the week is typically less then 100 people. Our beach accepts plenty of room for social distancing. Picture the ideal beach hideaway with this completely redone 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in The Spa at Port Royal Sound. Tastefully adorned with a coastal chic theme the kitchen has been modernized with quartz countertops and an added island, and an additional storage closet outfitted with beach supplies. The formal dining table offers seating for 4 and opens to the comfortable living room with plenty of seating for 6 including a queen sleeper couch. The screened-in porch is a calming getaway after a long day in the sun with relaxing vistas of the island landscape and the tennis courts.
he master bedroom offers a king-size bed, generous flat-screen TV, and private bath with a cute walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom includes the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. The guest bath offers a tub shower.
The Spa at Port Royal is full of great resort niceties including an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise center, Resort Rules and Regulations for the Spa on Port Royal sound will be supplied to you in your unit or available by request prior to renting. Such rules include but are not limited to; car regulations, no open containers of alcohol or glass by the pool area, and registered visitor tags must be present at the pool and on any bicycles at all times. *Guest agrees to pay a $25 fee for any and each tag lost. Onsite work out facility available from 8 am-4 pm.
The Spa is located on the North end of the island directly on Port Royal Sound. Though the area feels very cloistered it is the Spa connects directly to Hilton Head's bicycle trails and is a speedy ride to many eateries and stores as well as a movie theater.
