This ground-floor condo is the ideal place to set as a home base as you are out and about exploring the area and taking advantage of all the amenities! Unwind outside with an outdoor dining space for the whole family. Take your vacation inside and catch up on your favorite tv shows. The condo comfortably sleeps five but can sleep up to seven with the supplied couch bed. You'll also savor the full kitchen and complimentary WiFi.

Queens Grant is located on the Robert Trent Jones course in Palmetto Dunes and is only an approximate ten-min. walk to the beach. This complex offers five private complex pools and is right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the General Store. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, fishing, and miles of bicycle paths.

When to book & When to go:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in the Hilton Head area. To get the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
