207 North Shore Place is a second-floor villa in the highly desired North Forest Beach area, just one block from the Atlantic Ocean! Savor access to a shaded balcony and a community swimming pool and hot tub when you're not at the beach!

As you enter the villa, you'll find an open floor plan, tons of natural light, and tile floor throughout the living areas. The living area features a comfortable couch, complimentary WiFi, a sizable TV, and access to a private balcony. The well-appointed kitchen provides a great space to entertain and prepare meals.

North Shore Place is located in the heart of Forest Beach and offers on-site parking under the building with key-coded security.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Located near the beach, this condo is in North Forest Beach, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and North Beach. Finding the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have discounts for local tours and attractions.

  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Upon arrival, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
