The Sandbar at 9 Guscio Way is an elegant, ultra comfortable, 7000 sq.ft., eight bedroom, eight-bath oceanfront unit located in a charming private brick courtyard in North Forest Beach.

When you enter through the pretty mahogany doors you are welcomed by the lovely, 180 degree floor to ceiling view of the sea. This unbelievable home offers travertine floors and granite countertops all over and sleeps 21 in pillowtop bliss.

The fantastic great room with 180 degree vistas of the sea is elegantly adorned with a 50' HDTV with DVD and fireplace surrounded by enormous plush seating.

In the delightful kitchen you'll find a enormous granite island facing the sea with seating for 8, two jenn-air convection/conventional ovens and prepare top, constructed-in wine storage, two bosch dishwashers, two sinks with disposals and a stand alone ice maker. From anywhere in the kitchen you'll be entranced by the vistas of the beach and sea. Outside is a huge porch with white rockers, grille and cute sea vistas.

The dining room with floor to ceiling windows creates the ideal oceanfront dining experience regardless the time of day. The handsome inlaid wood dining room table comfortably seats 12 with room for more.

The whimsical 6th bedroom is ideal for 2 adults or 4 lucky children with 2 twin beds, each with it's own pull out trundle bed. These can be made into a King bed. HDTV and private bath.

On the third floor landing you are welcomed by a generous inviting reading area with plush leather seating and desk. This floor is a home within a home offering a 2nd full kitchen including a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table as well as a 2nd washer and dryer.

The 7th bedroom which is on this floor offer 2 appealing pillowtop queen beds in a generous room big enough for cribs, or pack and plays..The ensuite bathroom is sizable a sunny with double sinks, hottub and walk in traverine shower.

The 2nd family room around the corner is another sizable living area with 2 pillow top twin beds that can be made in to a king upon request, pull out Queen couch, and 2 twin pull out chairs. This room is warmed by the 2nd fireplace and offers children's games,puzzles and books, and big screen HDTV. There is another full bath with walk in shower for the appreciation of those using this room. Stepping outdoor you will find a balcony with white rockers and the most unbelievable view. There is a full bathroom with walk in shower for this room.

As you travel back downstairs and step outdoor you will begin your holiday memories with one of the biggest pools with attached hot tub on the island which can be heated for an additional fee. There are numerous lounge chairs, an 8 person dining table with umbrella as well as a chat area which is ideal for hors d'ouevres. Walk down one of the only private beach walks in north forest beach to the most exemplary beach area on the island.
