About this Property

This 4300 sq. ft.home is spectacular and unique in every way. The four story home offers PANARAMIC VIEWS of the sea, marsh, and tidal creek - it is really magnificant and heaven all in the backyard. Your family will adore fishing, shrimping and crabbing off the dock(shared with next door neighbor) or canoeing around the creek (2 canoe's included) - all are just steps from the back door.

As you enter the home through the front door on the 1st floor, you will find two bedrooms (king size bed in each room) with each room having it's own private bathroom. The first floor also includes an ENTERTAINMENT ROOM with a bar, pool table, foosball table, sizable screen TV, dvd player and a piano! You also have direct access to your own modest PRIVATE swimming pool and hot tub from the 1st floor outdoor space. There is also a generous neighborhood pool directly across the street too!!!! The home also has an elevator to help with bags and groceries!

The second floor is where the kitchen, dining and living room are located - the view from the 2nd floor is even more striking. Adore the sea wind from the balcony seated on the outdoor living room furnishings. This floor offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has twin beds and the other bedroom has one queen bed. Each room has it's own bathroom.

The third floor includes the master bedroom suite with a king size bed, PANARAMIC VIEWS of the BEACH and SEA, your own balcony, saturnia and granite bathroom with a hottub tub, T.V. and dvd player. There is one more bedroom (king bed) with a private bath.

There is more. The lower level (ground level) has an outdoor patio with a sitting area, a swing, gas grille, and table chairs for dining out - ideal for watching the sunset! You also have access to the community pool which is located just across the street from this home. The pool is huge with many chairs for tanning.
You are just a brief walk to Chaplin Park which includes 6 lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball field, b-ball courts and playground! Also you are close to shopping, grocery stores, Shelter Cove Town Center (Kroger, Whole Foods and Publix), eateries and entertainment.

Singleton Beach is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Folly Field Road and centrally located to all the island's niceties. The location is superb!

During the SUMMER months (June- August) we rent Saturday - Saturday. All arrivals and departures are on Saturday during summer months! During the off season you may arrive any day!
