Windsor Court South is among the very peerless oceanview complexes in the Hilton Head Island area. It includes a heated pool and hot tub that's right by the sea so that you can savor watching the sun and listening to the waves. A private balcony provides you with ridiculous vistas of the lush, landscaped gardens, fountains, and lagoons, all of which are surrounded by trees native to the tropical island.

Windsor Court South is part of the cloistered Windsor community, and the Atlantic Sea is just steps outdoor your back door. Beside the sea-facing swimming pool is a covered gazebo, sun outdoor space, hot tub, and bathrooms. You'll never have to worry about tracking sand back with you thanks to the private boardwalk's showers.

This villa includes a balcony that's accessible from both the living room and the guest room, so you can overlook the beach any time you wish without having to walk down to it. The living room sports a 46-inch flatscreen T.V. complete with a DVD player and VCR, and you'll also have complimentary WiFi supplied. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed, 32-inch flatscreen TV, and private bath complete with a hot tub and separate walk-in shower.

Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Make sure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental home locked up while you are away, exactly like you would at home.

Checking Out

  • Ensure you've packed everything. Check drawers, bath cabinetry and wardrobes.
  • Once your things are all out, perform a walk-through of the rental home to make certain no property damage occurred in the course of your stay. We advise walking through with the rental manager whenever possible (often this isn't possible).. If the property owner is not available, make certain you take photos of the property to record its condition.
