This coastal-themed and freshly remodeled condo in Palmetto Dunes offers spectacular ocean and pool vistas! The first-floor location will make this condo accessible for everybody! Gain access to the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. This open floor plan accepts for beautiful vistas from every room. The living room features a flatscreen TV with a queen sleeper couch. The main bedroom features a king with a private bathroom with a handsome walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and exercise center will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
