This multi-level home includes floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple living areas, and a brilliant ambiance that instantly makes you slip into holiday mode. After making a morning cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast in the immaculate full kitchen, step out to the screened-in outdoor space and pool area for a day of peaceful in style! After everybody has taken a dip in the stimulating waters, they can rinse off in the outdoor shower and head over to the pingpong table for an evening tournament. The gas grille is an just right place to prepare up a few kabobs or burgers, so head out back and savor the sunset while eating a meal with the whole group. For a bit of alone time, head inside and draw a bath in one of the two stand-alone tubs with a rent and maybe even a glass of wine. When everybody is winding down, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie on the sizable flatscreen TV!

This utopia is just two blocks from the sand, so make the most of this close proximity to the Atlantic and spend your days on a blanket with a picnic to really get away from it all. If you don’t feel like walking, try pedaling your way through miles of spectacular bicycle paths. Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
