Belted Kingfisher provides delight and appreciation for the ideal beach getaway. As you walk in the front door, you’re greeted with natural light and vistas of the Atlantic Sea. The entry has a handpainted mural of Harbour Town that flows into the living area. The sizable living room has all new furnishings in 2018, a private pool, and a 50-inch flatscreen TV.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, bespoke cabinets, two sink areas, double ovens, and a stand-alone ice maker. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free WiFi is supplied all through the home.

The oceanfront master suite is located on the first level of the home. It offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, sitting area, and access to the porch and pool outdoor space. The enormous master bathroom includes two vanity areas, a sizable soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom with full bath is located on the first floor.

The middle level of the home has two guest bedrooms. The top level of the home includes a second living area, two guest bedrooms, and the second master.

The remaining guest bedroom is located to the left of the stairs. This bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There is also access to this bathroom from the living area. The living area includes a flatscreen tv, sleeper couch, and a desk area. There is also access to a balcony overlooking the pool with rocking chairs.

The outdoor area of this home is what makes this home unique. There is a covered patio area with two rocking chairs, as well as a sizable pool area, gas grille, and private boardwalk to the beach.

The pool can be heated upon request from September through May! 24 hours notification is mandatory and a pool heat fee of $189 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Parking Notes: Parking is limited to the driveway - parking passes are mandatory. Gated entrance. No street or landscape parking.

Water Access: Beach access is private path directly behind home.

24 hours notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of $189 per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
