Well decorated and located on the 1st floor for simple access, this villa comfortably sleeps five. The kitchen has refreshed cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and comes entirely-supplied with everything you'll need to prepare a meal for the family. The dining area seats six. The living room has new furnishings that focuses on a beach modern theme, HDTV and enormous slider to your private balcony overlooking the enchanting grounds, lagoon and ocean! The kitchen, dining and living rooms all have new wood floor.

The main bedroom features a King bed with updated linens and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was just updated with a new tub and tiled shower combination. The delta finishes are high-end with rain shower head and separate detachable shower head. The second bedroom offers a Queen and a twin with updated linens. The bathroom also features a tub and shower combination and granite vanity.

The Barrington complex has a huge community pool, hot tub and playground. The gorgeous boardwalk over the dunes takes you straight out to the beach.

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take multiple months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
