HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This cavernous 3rd row home is located in the heart of Sea Pines, and is close to South Beach Marina and many island activities. The warm living room features a sectional couch, TV and decorative fireplace and a bathroom off the living room. It also opens to the dining room that has a huge table to seat eight. The best part of this home is the sizable, entirely equipped kitchen which features an island with five bar stools, granite counters, Culligan water system (no need to buy water) and a comfortable sitting area.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, double sinks and a walk in closet.

The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first two have two twin beds in each, TV’s, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and a private bathroom.

The outdoor amenities include a pool and a gas grille.

Just a two min. walk to the beach, this home is an Island Getaway favorite and will be soon become one of yours.

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.

*Please note, this home is 3rd row (2 min. walk to the beach) and does not require traveling to a beach entry. However, should you wish to use the facilities of the Sea Pines Beach Club please note the following: there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis.
A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations.
Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.
Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
