About this Property

Ideal location, a brief bicycle ride to the beach and on the 11 mile lagoon with a dock.

This four bedroom, two bath home has been thoroughly remodeled. The opulent kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite counter tops and is thoroughly outfitted. There is bar seating for 4.  There is a separate dining room with seating for 6.

This home offers 2 separate living areas. The first is off the kitchen and has a couch and two chairs with slider access out to the pool and backyard. The second living area, behind the kitchen, has a sleeper couch, 2 chairs and a TV.

There are three king bedrooms and hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.  The first King bedroom has a TV, modest vanity, and private bathroom with walk in shower.  Guests will have access to the appealing backyard and pool through the sliding door.  The other two king bedrooms are down the hall with TVs. These two bedrooms will share the hall bathroom.

The final bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and a sliding door to access the pool outdoor space. *Guests will use hall bathroom.

The outdoor area is ideal for family fun and appealing. The pool has a very shallow entry making it smooth for the little ones. There is a roomy backyard and private dock. Don’t miss out on this freshly modernized home in Palmetto Dunes!
