The master bedroom is completely furbished with a king-sized bed, TV, sizable double closet and a master bath. Two sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with lounge chairs. The guest bedroom is also thoroughly furbished with a queen bed and a twin bed, TV, a generous closet and an adjacent separate bathroom. Each bedroom offers sufficient privacy from the living room area. Two full-size sleeper couches in the living can accommodate your bigger group!
Recently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, and is entirely supplied with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and preparing silverware for your appreciation. The front-loading washer/dryer can handle any laundry needs. The voluminous dining room area seats eight pleasantly. Wi-Fi access is available for your use.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. The beach is an simple 10 min. walk to the beach and next to the General Store, Big Jims, the Dunes House and the tennis center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course on either side. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
