Walk through the front door and step onto hard plank floors leading pass the immaculate kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, a constructed-in wine cooler, and all-stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the dining room is a granite-topped full dry bar, ideal for storing your favorite wines and spirits to adore, or share with your friends when they come to visit. The dining room includes a sleek glass tabletop enclosed in a very detailed frame with 6 matching chairs. The generous living room is home to a three piece Tommy Bahama seating group consisting of a couch, a matching loveseat, and a posh armchair with matching ottoman. For entertainment purposes, there is a 50” Ultra HD 4K flat screen TV and BlueRay disc player located on top of an armoire housing an electronic fireplace. A double-width sliding glass door leads to the balcony were you can sit back, relax and adore your beverages, while watching the boats at the Marina and navigating the elegant Braddock Cove waterway. The coastal-themed master bedroom with multiple windows opening out to the grounds and Cove includes a plush king-size bed, a desk and chair, for the work professional needing to catch up on work, a calming padded chair where you can read your favorite rent, plus a TV and DVD player. The attached fresh master bathroom includes a glass doored shower and quartz countertops. Please note the Bluff Villa complex is not supplied with elevators, and as a second floor unit, use of stairs (17 steps in total) is mandatory. Pool Access available at South Beach Marina.
