Hilton Head Island has a fish with your name on it, so let Runaway fishing charters help you catch it! With Captain Jackson at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
These waters hold game fish like Amberjack, Gag Grouper, Tarpon, Blacktip Shark, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Great Barracuda, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Tiger Shark, and more, depending on the season.
Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Jackson can also help you specialize your trip!
Your adventure begins aboard a 31' Offshore sport fishing with capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Give yourself something to look forward to and book a trip with Runaway fishing charters!
